Jane Feeney
Co-founder & Executive Manager
Born and raised in Limerick, Ireland, I left my hometown 19 years ago on an adventure! First to Dublin, then London, Brussels and now this beautiful town of Cambrils. Having travelled to over 30 countries, I can say that I love to travel! I spent 8 years working for an international company in a project management position that allowed me to travel all around the world. My love of learning languages has made travel and meeting new people so much easier, speaking Spanish, French and English fluently. As a teenager, I used to travel here and stay with my Spanish stepfather’s family every summer. I fell in love with the area so much, that I encouraged my mother and uncle to move here. After having managed family and friends’ properties for the past few years, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed welcoming happy guests to their homes which led me to starting Sunset Rentals with Nikos!
Nikos Pavlos Goutzas
Co-founder & Executive Manager.
Born in Katerini, Greece. I moved to Spain at the age of 3, and since then, I’ve traveled every year to Germany and Greece to visit my paternal family. At 19, I moved to Argentina, where I began university (in Rosario, Argentina). At 21, I founded my first company. In 2017, I launched a design furniture e-commerce business, and later on, a factory. After 13 years in Argentina, I moved to Mexico for 3 years, and for the past two and a half years, I’ve been living in Europe again. In 2025, I embarked on a new project alongside Jane, my current partner in Sunset Rentals, a vacation rental management company.
